Sweet P's is seeking enthusiastic and motivated Ambassadors to join our vibrant team! This unique position offers students age 16 - 22, the chance to gain hands-on experience in various roles within our ice pop shop. Ambassadors will rotate through different positions, allowing them to develop a diverse skill set while contributing to our mission of crafting delicious handcrafted ice pops.

Key Responsibilities:

• Customer Service: Engage with customers to provide exceptional service and foster a welcoming atmosphere.
• Production Assistance: Participate in the ice pop creation process, from ingredient preparation to packaging.
• Sales Support: Assist in sales operations, including cash handling and inventory management.
• Marketing & Promotions: Help promote Sweet P's through social media and local events, sharing our story and products with the community.
• Event Participation: Represent Sweet P's at local events and fairs, showcasing our products and interacting with potential customers.
• Team Collaboration: Work effectively with team members to ensure smooth daily operations and a positive work environment.

Qualifications:

• Passion for customer service and community engagement.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to convey information clearly.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to various roles.
• Willingness to learn and take on new challenges.
• Reliable and punctual.

Benefits:

• Hourly Wage: $12 per hour plus tips, with flexible hours to accommodate school schedules (minimum of 20 hours per month).
